Session Themes with YogaCrow
YogaCrow's classes are based on different themes which aim the students to gain knowledge & skills about the postures and the philosophy of Yoga and allow them to practise yoga around their individual needs.
We also work towards creating a way of life in our daily routines on & off the mat. Class plans are usually developed to cover 10-week-terms and these 10 weeks are divided into 10 different sub-themes following each other in progressive stages.
YogaCrow's classes are also full of fun. Our breath is the main connection to life and we improve the quality of every single breath by becoming aware of it and make it count. Each term has Peak Poses in different variations alongside some Vinyasa Flows. Classes are closed with a short Meditation to experience the unity of body & mind and with a guided Deep Relaxation session.
