'Step up your Asana!' is a great opportunity for a new experience to discover your limits on the mat while working towards a specific posture with fun. These sessions are designed to refine your posture-alignments or to work in a specific region of your body. You will be surprised to see how accessible even a challenging posture is for most of us. Even though they are advanced and intensive sessions, these classes are for mixed levels & abilities unless notified otherwise. 'Step up your Asana!' sessions are for those of you who want to go deeper in his/her posture knowledge in a small group with full of my individual attention. Expect a longer (2 hours max.) and stronger practice than usual which will be followed by a deep relaxation at the end. Places are limited and booking required through advance payment.
