A mini-retreat that you can experience calm & rejuvenation. This afternoon aims to relax your mind and nourish your body as the other two events aim. We will have a joint & muscle freeing movement on the mat prior to the sound bath and cacao ceremony, and finish the afternoon with some refreshments

This is an afternoon designed to bring about deep relaxation, relieve stress and heal you mentally and physically in a safe refuge. As usual we will start to the afternoon with very gentle floor based practices aiming to ground & centre the body & mind before taking you to an inner voyage through Sound Bath session. Louise will offer us a special cacao drink in the ceremony and will take us into dream state through her amazing Sound Bath session. Some light bites and refreshments will follow the session by giving you sometime to reflect or to exchange your feedback with other like minded members of YogaCrow.
