**** With age, injuries, fear, daily stress and many more other reasons, we lose the sense of balance in our body and mind. Let's learn how we can tune back in for a balanced and harmonious life. ****
'Step up your Asana!' series is a great opportunity for a new experience to discover your limits on the mat while working towards a specific posture or around a certain theme with fun. These sessions are designed to refine your posture-alignments or to work in a specific region of your body. Through the progressive scheme of the sequences, you will be surprised to see that even a challenging posture is accessible for most of us. These classes are for mixed abilities unless notified otherwise. 'Step up your Asana!' sessions are for those of you who want to go deeper in his/her yogic knowledge in a small group with full of my individual attention. Expect a richer, more sophisticated and comprehensive practice than usual which will be followed by a longer guided relaxation session at the end. Places are limited and booking required through advance payment.
