In the midst of our fast-paced lives, it's crucial to pause, nourish  ourselves, and cultivate balance. Join us for an enlightening day filled with the wisdom of Ayurveda, an ancient healing system that nurtures mind, body, and soul. This event is thoughtfully curated to help you create an Ayurvedic self-care ritual and learn how to integrate the steps of this routine seamlessly into your daily life.

What to Expect:

The day will start with an invigorating yoga session designed to balance your doshas and enhance your well-being to complement your Ayurvedic journey. I will lead you through a mindful blend of asanas, pranayama, and meditation techniques to restore balance and promote inner harmony.

In the afternoon, Jay,  our experienced Ayurvedic Diet & Lifestyle Coach, will guide you through the fundamental principles of Ayurveda, allowing you to discover your unique dosha (constitution) and understand how to harmonize it with the rhythms of nature. You will have the opportunity to learn practical techniques or creating an Ayurvedic self-care routine tailored to your specific needs. This includes how & when to eat, work, socialize, exercise, find rest, skin-care, self massage, inviting activation....and so much more!! From establishing a morning ritual to incorporating mindful practices  throughout the day, we'll explore how to seamlessly integrate self-care into our busy lives.

We encourage you to come with an open mind, comfortable clothing, and a  journal to document your insights and intentions. Be prepared to delve into the depths of Ayurveda, cultivate mindfulness, and nurture a  profound connection with yourself.

Our Guest Expert - Jaymini Patel

Jay is an Ayurvedic Diet & Lifestyle Coach as well as a Reiki  practitioner. She is very passionate about all things of Ayurveda, its  connection with nature and helping as many people as she can to achieve  balance in this increasingly busy world we live in. She is an advocate  of holistic approach to wellbeing through simple but individually  tailored plans that combine food, lifestyle, simple breathing and yoga  poses, ayurvedic herbs and manual therapy suggestions. Her mission is  bringing her clients back to a place they feel healthy, vibrant and full  of vitality. Jay is currently studying to become an Advanced Ayurvedic   Practitioner as well, so she can offer even more targeted and refined  treatment plans for her clients and to gain a deeper understanding of  more serious and chronic diseases that are becoming sadly more  commonplace.
