Your breath is your guide! When caught up in the intensity of an emotion, particularly the “negative” emotions like anger, sadness, fear, anxiety — it is difficult to observe one's own breathing pattern. However, once you gain the skill of breath observation as a detached person the patterns are obvious and you are free.
In these series of workshops you will learn how to use your breath to control your negative mental, emotional and physical activities in your body. We will discover the wide spectrum of Pranayama (breath control) around natural breath, calming breath, soothing breath, breath in motion, heating & cooling breath, cleansing breath and more... We will play around our breath from practical level to more subtle level and use it as an internal object of our Dharana (Concentration) practice to work towards Dhyana (Meditation). We will close the workshops by guided deep relaxation sessions.
