The human brain has what’s known as a negativity bias; we are wired to perceive danger and threats in order to survive. So, we need to consciously work to retrain the mind to appreciate what’s good—and the more we do so, the easier it becomes to maintain that positive focus. In positive psychology research, gratitude is strongly and consistently associated with greater happiness. Gratitude helps people feel more positive emotions, relish good experiences, improve their health, deal with adversity, and build strong relationships. When you move at lightning speed between your commitments and daily needs, it's easy to overlook the small moments of joy and the simple wonders that surround you. At times, you may even find it challenging to identify what you're truly grateful for. That's precisely why our Gratitude Circle is here—to celebrate and discover gratitude together.

What Is the Gratitude Circle?

It's a warm and welcoming space where we gather to explore and share moments of gratitude, no matter how big or small. This circle is for those who already know what they're grateful for, and equally for those who may be unsure or feel they have little to be thankful for.

Why You Should Join:

1. Embrace the Power of Gratitude: Discover how focusing on gratitude can enhance your well-being and shift your perspective.

2. Connect and Share: Connect with others and share your thoughts in a non-judgmental and compassionate environment.

3. Learn from Each Other: Whether you're seasoned in gratitude practice or just starting out, there's always something to learn from one another.

4. Find Joy in Small Moments: Sometimes, the most precious moments are the ones we least expect. The Gratitude Circle helps you notice them.

What We Will Do:

In our Gratitude Circle, we will engage in a variety of activities to cultivate and express gratitude, including:

Interactive Sharing: Share your moments of gratitude or simply listen to others' stories, creating a supportive and empathetic atmosphere.

Breathing Exercises: Simple breathing techniques to calm the mind and open it to feelings of appreciation.

Meditation: Guided meditation sessions to help you connect with the feelings of gratitude within yourself.

Journaling: Explore the power of journaling to reflect on your gratitude journey and keep a record of positive moments.

Reading Poems: Discover and discuss poems and literature that inspire gratitude and a sense of wonder.

Affirmations: Practice affirmations that nurture a mindset of thankfulness and positivity.

And more! As we explore gratitude together, we'll also be open to trying new activities that resonate with our circle's collective journey.

So, if you've ever wondered about gratitude or struggled to find it in your life, this circle is for you. Join us, and let's explore, discover, and share our moments of gratitude together.

Together, we'll illuminate the world with gratitude, one circle at a time.

Limited spaces available. Register now, avoid disappointment!

We can't wait to see you at our Gratitude Circle—where gratitude finds a home in every heart.

With warmth and gratitude,
