Life can sometimes seem frustrating, discouraging, or even overwhelming. Over time, we can feel discouraged and possibly even hopeless. There are daily occurrences in the world that can easily be seen as, and experienced through, a lens of negativity or even despair. When our focus moves in this direction, it’s important to find tools that allow us to come back into authenticity and live in our power. Gratitude is one of those tools! This mini-retreat will offer you healing, softening and opening in the body, mind, spirit complex. With practice, gratitude offers the opportunity to have a profound shift in how we live our lives. The longer shavasana experience with sounds helps quiet the mind and bring balance to the nervous and glandular systems. You may find a ground to strengthen your inner resources and radically change how you show up in the world.
My main aim is to create a truly uplifting and calming mini-retreat for your body & mind, giving you a space for relaxation and deep rest, providing a ground where you can experience the quiet and self-reflection. Take your practice to a deeper level, fully mindful of your body, mind and spirit and ultimately leave the space refreshed and smiling.
All yoga days feature a longer yoga master class in the mornings, followed by mindful restorative yoga practices in the afternoons, mindful meditation & breathing practises and refreshments and a shared lunch in between. On some of the days, we invite a different wellbeing practitioner to give a talk about their specialist topic or lead a workshop, sharing hands-on advice and take-home tips. These practice days are essential for boosting inspiration and maintaining a sense of creativity on & off the mat.
Groups are for both abilities, those new to yoga and those with experience, with lots of space and personal attention.
