2. Discover Your Sankalpa (Your Resolution): Connect with your heartfelt desires as I guide you through the process of identifying your Sankalpa, a powerful intention or affirmation. Set your intentions for personal growth and transformation.

3. Rest in Yoga Nidra: Embark on a journey of profound relaxation through the practice of Yoga Nidra. Experience deep restorative rest as you are guided into a state of effortless awareness, allowing your body and mind to unwind and rejuvenate.

This session requires no prior experience with yoga or meditation. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or new to these practices, everyone is welcome to join us for this nourishing and rejuvenating experience.
