To mark the Stress Awareness Month this April, we invite you to join us in this donation based fundrasing forest gathering for Mind in West Essex. Bring along your loved ones, including family, friends, and furry companions, as we come together for a meaningful cause this time and embrace the therapeutic benefits of nature.

About the Stroll:

The walking route has been carefully explored and prepared by two passionate members of our vibrant community, whose professions are deeply intertwined with nature. Their knowledge enhances our experience with interesting insights about the local habitat as we walk. All additional information, such as the meeting point and map, will be emailed to you after you register for the event.

Activities & Mindfulness Practices:

Throughout the walk, indulge in mindfulness practices and engaging activities facilitated by the hosts, enhancing your experience and marking Stress Awareness Month with moments of tranquillity and reflection.

Post-Walk Relaxation:

After our invigorating walk, unwind and socialize for a drink or two at one of the nearby family-friendly pubs, where we can share some quality time of connection.

Your generous donations, no matter the amount, will contribute to Mind in West Essex to support the community well-being, allowing us to make a positive impact while enjoying our time amidst nature. What to Bring:

- Comfortable walking shoes suitable for forest ground

- Weather-appropriate attire (sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, or warm jacket, raincoat)

- Your usual medication such as antihistamines or asthma pumps etc.

- Bottle of water and light snacks.

- Optional: Lightweight camping stool for resting during breaks, and a small thermos of hot drink for comfort breaks.
