We'll begin by settling into restorative postures, using yoga props to facilitate long holds that deeply relax the body. As you rest in these postures, we will use our professional skills to provide gentle massage, targeting easing muscle tension, soothing the nervous system, and enhancing overall relaxation. We'll work with energy lines to bring ease and softness to both body and mind. To conclude the session, you'll indulge in a long supported shavasana accompanied by a crystal bowl sound bath, allowing you to sink into a state of deep serenity and bliss.
