Let's celebrate WORLD SLEEP DAY (17 MARCH 2023) together! 


Wednesday, March 15 @ 19:00 (event will last around 3 hours)



Wouldn't it be amazing to spend a relaxed and cosy evening under the guidance and with the company of Sleep Experts (CBT-insomnia, yoga therapy, nutrition, sound bath, meditation) for a good night's sleep?  Let's share, talk, listen what we know, and practise an active conscious REST together. 

This event is for all abilities and needs including non-yoga practitioners with limited spaces. BOOK NOW!

In this evening, 

  • Laura Semmens (Nutrition Therapist, Health Coach and CBT-Insomnia specialist from Stay Well Clinic) will share her knowledge and skills about sleep facts, pathways to better sleep quality, nutrition and its effects on sleep, and what health conditions can affect sleep quality. 
  • Rhyanne Hall (Yoga Therapist and Sound Healing Practitioner from Living Yoga London) will guide us through the principles of sleep from a yoga therapy perspective and provide a delightful 30-minute sound healing experience with her crystal bowls. 
  • I will share with you a short practical Sleep-WELL breathing & meditation practice that you can apply in your daily life.

You will leave this session feeling relaxed, refreshed and empowered.

Guest Expert – Laura Semmens from Stay Well Clinic

Laura Semmens is a nutritional therapist, certified health coach and  wellness educator ( BA hons Early Childhood Studies; Dip NT, mBANT;  mCNHC).Laura has spent most of her childhood in a rural village in  Lithuania where her family farmed and grew their own food. Her passion  for food and nutrition stems from her own experiences and health journey  as young adult. After a successful 10 year career in education she has  retrained in nutrition with the School of Health and College of  Naturopathic Medicine to follow her interest in nutrition science. She  strongly believes and advocates preventive health care to achieve  optimal wellbeing through food and lifestyle choices.

Guest Expert – Rhyanne Hall from Living Yoga London

After many years of professional dance career and yoga teaching  journey, Rhyanne began her training as a Yoga Therapist in 2017 under  The Minded Institute in London, an international leader in the field of  Yoga Therapy. Having undertaken over 500 hours of learning, which  included  study of both yogic and buddhist traditions, medical  knowledge,  neuroscience and psychology, she feels more equipped to work  therapeutically in supporting those with various physical and mental   health conditions. Rhyanne also offers Yoga for Restful Sleep and Yoga for Cancer programs to all genders and ages alonside of Crystal Bowls Sound Healing sessions.
