About the Event
Our June Step Up Your Asana practice is Vasisthasana (Side Plank), a powerful arm and wrist strengthener which also challenges our balance and focus in the same time. Vasisthasana is a great core stability posture and has many modifications and variations to enjoy with infinite transition possibilities encouraging such power and grace.
We will work towards this wonderful pose in stages and by spiralling, undulating and spilling our way from one pose to another. You will leave the class happy and light, feeling spacious, strong and free, and with such an appreciation for the strength of your-two side-body!
