What about relaxing & renewing with a partner together? This restorative yoga session is for anyone who is looking for strengthening the bonding with a loved One and for connecting the bodies and minds fully. Couples, parents & daughters / sons, in-laws, friends, family members, neighbours, colleagues, team members, even bosses & employees are very welcome!

"The word ‘yoga’ means union in Sanskrit, and this is exactly what partner yoga aims to achieve – a uniting of two people.

It is a fabulous medium for building stronger communication and intimacy in just about any kind of relationship, whether it is friendship, a family member, or your significant other. Postures and flow sequences are designed in an awesome way to create and nurture trust, strengthen communication and create a sense of laughter and light heartedness!

Partner yoga brings people together through movement, play, breath, touch and importantly, in this forum – through intimacy."[*]

The benefits of partner yoga is many, it's even more when you relax & rest together. They include physical and emotional support in relationships, cultivation the sense of love & compassion one from another, creating shared moments, learning to let go, improving self-awareness and trust, creating a sense of balance, enhance the power of touch.

This session is open to everyone over the age 18, to any gender and ability. No previous experience needed! Only 8 pairs of mats available and advance booking is essential.
