This session combines the slow, inward-looking, cool calm aspects of yin yoga practice with the active and guided meditation. Our focus will be on the breath to use it as an anchor to stay in the present moment. Join this mini retreat to balance your mental and physical Yin & Yang energies. Expect to be challenged in stilness first and leave feeling energised yet rested at the end.
Session is for both abilities, those new to yoga and those with experience, with lots of space and personal attention.
