The five elements of the Nature —earth, fire, air, water, space—are present in everything in & around you. Understanding each of these elements and their effects on your body can help you stay balanced and in harmony.
In this series of yoga workshops, we will discover how to better connect us to the earth element through selected yoga postures.
Earth element is associated with security, safety, and stability. When the earth element is balanced, you feel strong, safe, confident, grounded and resilient. An imbalanced earth element can cause anxiety, fatigue, moodiness and confusion.
