The five elements of the Nature —earth, fire, air, water, space—are present in everything in & around you. Understanding each of these elements and their effects on your body can help you stay balanced and in harmony.
In this series of yoga workshops, we will discover how to better connect us to the fire element through selected yoga postures.

When fire is not in balance you can become depressed, lazy, and withdrawn (low fire) or irritable, angry, and aggressive (high fire).
