I offer you private yoga, mindfulness and REST sessions either to practise on your own in a 1:2:1 setting, or as a semi-private session with the company of family, friends, neighbours or colleagues in multiple settings of your choice; in-person or secure online ZOOM yoga classes, from your own sanctuary or in my studio. Private sessions enable you to explore yoga in a customised and deeper level. No matter what your reason is, it has plenty of benefits to build up a good solid foundation on the mat and to achieve any or all of your personal wellbeing goals. I offer you a highly achievable options if you have set a specific goal – whether it’s mental, emotional, spiritual or physical. With a specific goal in your mind, you have my complete attention to get the maximum benefit in your personal practice. I tailor your practice for your individual needs and help you to achieve your goals confidently. Through a private yoga session with me, you can start to a new experience, deepen your current practice or spend some time working with a special health concerns, injuries or any other limitations you may experience beyond the yoga mat. FOR BEGINNERS: Private settings of yoga classes ease or reduce the stress level in your life, allow your mind to find calm or comforts any experiences by beginners when attending large group yoga classes for the first time. Private yoga lessons will give you the foundation of yoga to feel confident in a group environment. FOR ADVANCED PRACTITIONERS: Advanced yoga practitioners can also greatly benefit from my private yoga sessions to take their practice to the next level. We can work together in leading you into more challenging practices in a safe and inspiring environment. CELEBRATIONS, TRAINING DAYS & COLLECTIVE ROUTINES: Private group yoga sessions are great experiences for any close group of people. Whether you book your session for a special occasion such as birthday party, hen/stag night, fundraising event, special celebration or just for a common health & wellness goal for your family members, friends, neighbours, colleagues or for a specific community in regular basis, these sessions will definitely give you the sense of joy, equilibrium, rejuvenation, calm and peace alongside strength and flexibility in your body & mind.
Cancellation Policy
In case of you are not able to make the class or would like to reschedule it, please cancel your booking online or get in touch with me at your earliest convenience. This will allow me to allocate the space for another student on the waiting-list. Please allow minimum 24 hours for group classes, 36 hours for private sessions and 2 hours for online sessions. No refund will be issued in case of a short notice or no-show.
